With this subscription, you can use the Alcomo Hygiene App without any restrictions and receive regular reports and news from us concerning the catering industry, such as food hygiene, HACCP, food law, legally required documentation, product recalls, cleaning & disinfection, etc.
In addition, you are entitled to support by e-mail and telephone. You will be supported quickly and professionally in case of questions or problems with the use of the app. Support is provided during office hours on business days. During company vacations or public holidays the support is reduced, but we will try to help you as soon as possible.
On our website we publish both public information and reports accessible to everyone, and articlesavailable exclusively to the readers of our subscription . Non-public reports are available to our customers after successful login on the website or in the Alcomo Hygiene App.
