Subscription cancellation

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time.

After cancellation, the app can still be used until the end of the already paid period.

If you choose an annual subscription, we guarantee you the possibility to cancel the subscription at any time during the first 3 months if you are not satisfied with the Alcomo Hygiene App. We will refund the fee of the unused months to your credit card or by bank transfer to a bank account in the SEPA area.

Step-by-step guide

1. Log in on our website to get into your Alcomo account. Login
   • After logging in, you will normally be taken directly to your Alcomo account. Otherwise, click “Account” in the upper right corner.
2. Select on the left side: Subscriptions
3. Select the “Cancel” option for the corresponding subscription
