This article provides you with a comprehensive overview of the user management functions of our app. These functions have been specially developed to improve the efficiency, security and overview of your team.

User administration features

Employee logins

Employees receive individual logins. This enables them to access only the checklists that are relevant to their work. This makes app use more efficient and targeted.

Checklist assignments

Specific checklists can be assigned to specific employees. For example, the “Cleaning” checklist can be assigned directly to the cleaning staff, which ensures clear responsibilities.

Manager authorization

Increased security through special manager authorizations. Only employees with this authorization have access to extended functions such as configurations, personnel data and the Alcomo Cockpit.

Admin

Manager

  • Authorizations: Configuration authorizations, ideal for restaurant managers.
  • Access to:
  • Creation:
    • In the Alcomo Cockpit under “Configuration” > “Employees”:
      • Select the “Manager” checkbox and
      • Create own login (with your own e-mail address and password).

Employees

  • Authorizations: Restricted to the use of the Alcomo HACCP app for assigned checklists. No configuration rights.
  • Creation:
    • In the Alcomo Cockpit under “Configuration” > “Employees”:
      • Create own login (with your own e-mail address and password) and
      • Assign the corresponding checklists.
